|Recommended: YesThank you — I just have to say how wonderful it was moving into this apartment community Alexa and Ayala were both truly amazing ladies to deal with from the first time I talked with them to after moving in. They both go above and beyond for the tennants. And Chuck, our maintence man, is wonderful. The grounds of this community are awesome and quiet and enjoyable to live at. I cannot thank Meridian Firs enough for everything and the beautiful, amazing ladies in the office.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful place — Everything is pretty much perfect. One thing that needs to be helped is the parking issue there isn’t enough spaces for everyone.

|Recommended: YesIt is a nice and quiet community — Jodi and Kelsey are awesome and helpful and Maintenance is done fast thanks to Chuck. It is nice and quiet around here and it is close to everything which makes it faster and more convenient in getting things done. The only thing I could complain about is all the serious speed bumps and not enough covered parking but there is a decent amount of parking where I am at which is nice.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment, Friendly staff — I would definitely recommend Meridian Firs. My apartment has a great floor plan, updated appliances and flooring. The neighbors are pleasant and the gated community feels safe. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and available to handle any questions or concerns that may arise. This is my first apartment experience and the staff here have made it a delight

|Recommended: YesManager Center Response is great and the grounds have been kept up nicely — Covid was a tough year for all and through out the property upkeep has been excellent and looks great. I have called the managers center asking many questions some not necessary and Deanna always takes the time to get back to me right away to answer.. I find Meridian Firs a comfortable place to live and I would recommend it to others.
